Roof Leak in Fort Pierce

The blistered paint on the ceiling of this Fort Pierce home indicated a water build-up from a roof leak. Water damage to trusses is possible, but generally, if our SERPVRO techs are called in soon after discovering the leak, water mitigation and a controlled demolition can be limited. Unfortunately, the water-logged panels posed a safety threat from the weight of the water, and we removed this danger as illustrated in the After Photo. Precise cuts limited the number of building materials that needed replacement. The exposed beams have been sprayed with an antifungal product to prevent mold growth, and all the discarded materials are dumped according to local codes.
