Water and Mold Damage in a Port St. Lucie Commercial Building
The water leak behind the sinks in this Port St. Lucie restroom was noticed by the store manager, who then called in our SERVPRO crew to mitigate the water damage. Upon inspection, we discovered mold also growing inside the wall void. We put our franchise's Commercial Contractor License #: CBC1261730 and Mold Remediation Contractor License #: MRSR2994 to work. The Before Photo shows the preparation for protecting the tile flooring and the beginning of the demolition. The After Photo shows the access panel we installed to inspect, treat, and repair the water leak. We then sprayed an antifungal product to exterminate the mold infestation and help prevent future outbursts. In a day we can have this restroom again operational for the patrons of this establishment.
