Storm Damaged Ceiling in Ft Pierce
The large volume of water soaked through the flat roof in this commercial structure in Ft Pierce and caused extensive water damage, as noted in the Before Photo. Safety being the first concern, our SERVPRO team punched holes in the ceiling panels and paint blisters to drain stormwater from the above void. We disconnect the power to dry around and service the lighting, exhaust fan, and a/c unit. We perform a controlled demolition only to remove the non-salvageable ceiling panels.
